High Speed Shutter
SAFE=Shutter+Aperture+Focus+Emulsion
Shutter:The shutter is the device inside your camera that opens for a specified duration to allow the incoming light to expose your film or digital sensor.
Shutter speed dial: is the indicator of the duration (timing) at which the shutter curtain opens up and closes during an exposure process. Shutter speed dial is the indicator of the duration (timing) at which the shutter curtain opens up and closes during an exposure process.
Shutter Speed: It determines how long the shutter will remain open. The basic shutter speed are, 30,15,8,4,2,B,1,1/2,1/4,1/8,1/15,1/30,1/60, 1/125,1/250,1/500,1/1000,1/2000, 1/4000,1/8000 etc
B= Brief time exposure or BULB. T= (For time) keeps the shutter open until the shutter release is pressed again.
Aperture:The aperture is the device inside the lens of your camera that adjusts larger or smaller to control the amount of light that enters the lens.
Focus: Reflection of a subject enters into the lens & fall in one point. By adjusting focusing ring, subject is focused so that a sharp reflection is fallen on the film/sensor. If the subject is not focused, it is called out of focus. if the subject is wide, focus is taken to infinity & everything will be focused.
Emulsion:Emulsion is a mixture of two immiscible substances. One substance is dispersed in the other. The emulsion is made of gelatin & has small crystal of light sensitive silver halide suspended on it.
